As a Broker, Eon has negotiated on behalf of some of the largest landlords in the nation with transactions valued at over $100 million. Prior to founding District Realty Group, Eon served as Vice President at Keller Williams Realty-Total Realty Group where he was awarded #1 Top Producing Agent for three consecutive years. In January 2006, at the age of 18, Eon became the youngest real estate agent in La Canada Flintridge, California and one of the youngest active agents in the Los Angeles County. He worked at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation alongside San Gabriel Valley's #1 top producing Agent, representing almost $30 million worth of residential investments within his first years.

In 2009, Eon founded one of the first student housing companies that predominantly caters to college students in San Diego, California (UC-Housing Inc.). UC-Housing Inc. focuses on providing students with fully-furnished economic and efficient living arrangements throughout San Diego, Los Angeles, Pasadena, and Irvine. Within the first months of business, the company was able to secure numerous contracts with both undergraduate and graduate students throughout five foreign countries.

After graduating with his Bachelor's degree in International Studies-Economics at UC San Diego, Eon studied International Business & Trade at South Korea's top private university (Yonsei University). While abroad, Eon founded an intensive proprietary English conversation program, which specifically focused on improving conversational techniques of students & professionals by utilizing Korean characters to perfect verbal stressing, rhythm, and intonation.
